Shapewear is awesome for all sizes because it lifts, tucks, and perks up all those pesky little spots that even gym visits and a healthy diet can’t get rid of! I found these amazing shaping jeans called Yummie by Heather Thomson Denim so I snagged a pair for myself and my mama. First, I like the wash and rise of these jeans. A light wash and a mid/high rise are very on trend. Seriously, all jeans should be this rise because they are just so much more comfortable! I really like that the pockets on the back are higher to give the look of a more lifted rear. Mom says she likes the support and cut of jean. They are also very stretchy and comfortable!
I styled each outfit with what I think should be a closet staple, the black utility vest or jacket. Mine is from one of my favorite shops, RiffRaff, and Mom’s is from H&M last year but, don’t worry, I found one just like it for you. Seriously these utility jackets and vest go with everything! I paired mine with a cute floral top and mom’s with some stripes. A bright pink heel tied my outfit together whereas I opted to add black booties and an awesome stone necklace to Mom’s. Both of our jeans are cuffed because this brand runs long. (These are perfect for you tall gals!)
