Everyone’s favorite game day recipe, but with a low-fat twist! I took this classic dish and swapped out a couple ingredients to make a healthier alternative for those following a lower fat lifestyle. I was happy that I honestly couldn’t even taste the difference! The only note I would make is maybe opt for normal cheese and not fat-free cheese, as it doesn’t melt as well.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans of chicken (fresh would be delicious but I was being lazy)
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ranch dip packet
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Combine all ingredients in an oven safe dish and mix well
  • Top with extra shredded cheese
  • Cook at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted
  • Serve with chips or veggies
