Looking for a quick side dish to make with dinner tonight? Here is one of my go-to recipes that my bestie taught me and it’s so simple!
The Ingredients
- One bag of multi-colored small potatoes
 - Salt
 - Avocado oil
 - Italian seasoning
 - Garlic salt
 - Black pepper
 - Parmesan cheese
 
The Directions
- Start by boiling a bag of multi colored small potatoes until they are soft in salted water
 - While the potatoes are boiling, place foil on a cookie sheet and spray with avocado oil (or pam or butter), and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
 - Once potatoes are soft, drain the water and lay them on the foil
 - Take a fork and simply smash them all
 - Spray the now smashed potatoes with the avocado oil for a healthier version (which is what I do), or you can use butter or olive oil
 - Sprinkle with Italian seasoning (I love the seasoning you make dressing out of, but anything will work)
Note: If you use regular Italian seasoning and not the salad dressing kind, add a little bit of garlic salt and black pepper - Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and pop in the oven
 - Bake until the potatoes are a nice golden brown on top
