Go patriotic for your Fourth of July party in red, white and blue! Nothing is easier to pair together than some cute shorts and a simple white top. I’m loving these high-waisted blue denim shorts from Missguided that have a retro feel with the color, front pocket detail and exposed buttons. I styled the shorts with my go-to Kendall + Kylie knit halter crop top (which is on sale!). This top is one of my favorites because it’s nicely lined (so you can’t see anything through the white!) and it goes with so many different looks.
Ok – these shoes! They need their own paragraph because they really are fabulous and I wear them with so much! With this particular look, these Topshop tie-up heeled sandals (that are currently 50% off!) are the perfect pop of red I needed to complete my patriotic theme, but I generally like to treat them as a neutral and wear them with just about any other color – from black to yellow and even camel. The chunky heel and tie-up trend is hot this summer and since these are leather and a bit thicker, they really stand out and stay put!
Finally, I have to talk about this Capri Long Pendant necklace from Bauble Bar! Apparently, I live under a rock because I just discovered this company and LOVE their pieces! Bauble Bar has everything from statement necklaces (as pictured) to Art Deco, tassel earrings and stand out bracelets in bright colors and unique designs.
