Winter is definitely here but don’t let the cold temperatures make your look frumpy! A great easy way to look chic and stay warm is by wearing faux fur. The first option I have is a vest from forever 21 that was only $30! I have gotten so many compliments on this piece and the craftsmanship is really great for the price! I have worn it numerous times and there has been absolutely no shedding or anything and it is super warm. As you can see in the first picture, I put on a simple cream top with dark green jeans and taupe over the knee boots. I love to wear really tall boots in the winter because I can put super thick socks on underneath to help me stay warm. Also, to me, over the knee boots always have a very sexy and chic vibe. The fur vest added a cute touch that was both fashionable and warm to this very simple outfit. A great cuff bracelet and big earrings would finish it off. I opted to not do a necklace with this look because it would have been too much with the draped neck and fur.
My next luck is my “Audrey Hepburn look” as my mom calls it. A cape, a fur muff and long gloves are a must for every fashionista! This vintage look is timeless and classic and it is sure to turn heads and keep you warm. I always pair my capes with skinny jeans or leggings for a tailored and non-frumpy look. I have had these pieces for years but I pulled a couple current options in different price ranges for easy shopping!
