I love a good veggie side, packed with nutrients but also super yummy so even the kiddos will dig in.  Make your family and friends think you’ve been sweating in the kitchen all day making up this bad boy – when in reality you’ve been shoe shopping for hours!

INGREDIENTS

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Butternut Squash
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup halved pecans
  • Olive Oil
  • Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Roast Brussel Sprouts and Butternut Squash for about 20 minutes at 400
  • Remove and combine with dried cranberries and pecans
  • Drizzle with olive oil, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon
  • Throw back into the oven for another 20 minutes until brown and crispy and VIOLA!
