When it comes to maternity wear, for the most part, you can get away with your regular tops, so long as they have a lot of stretch to them and are a longer length. (Well, at least for a while…I am only five and a half months so I am sure as the baby gets bigger and bigger, I will have to stop buying a size up and just go all out maternity!) Pants though…they are tricky! If you are like me and don’t want anything touching your belly that applies pressure then the classic pregnancy hack, “put a hair tie through your button closure on your pants”, only lasts so long! I really love maternity jeans with the band because they are so comfy and stylish but sometimes I want something that isn’t jeans or leggings, something a bit dressier for a fun night out! I have become OBSESSED with these under-the-belly jogger pants from Destination Maternity.  They cut low enough so as not to apply pressure to my growing bump but not too low.  I love the fun print and they are a great price!

In this outfit, I kept it simple on top with this fringe top from Zara (which is currently on sale) and then topped it off with my go-to vegan leather jacket from Blank NYC, which I bought a few years ago and wear constantly! I, of course, had to add a fab pair of heels! (I don’t recommend these unless you were really comfortable in heels before getting pregnant.) I finished the look with my Michael Kors cross-body bag and a stack of bracelets from local Charlotte boutique, Chezelle.
