• Get something leopard for the fall! If you are daring go with a leopard dress.  Pair it with black tights and a black cardigan with a belt over it for a day Loose the tights and cardigan and add a pair of pumps for a sexy night time outfit.  If you are daring pair it up with deep red heels.  If you are not this adventuress start small by adding a leopard belt or clutch to jazz up an outfit!
  • Take your vitamins! Life gets in the way and sometimes we cannot get all the vitamins we need out of healthy meals.  I have a pill box and carry it around in your purse so no matter where you are you can take them.  Some of my favorites are: a good multi vitamin, Omega 3-6-9, biotin for your hair and zinc.  Trust me if you do not take vitamins once you start you will feel a million times better!

 

  • Never sleep with make-up on!  Leaving your makeup on all night will cause your pores to clog and not allow your skin to do its job of removing dead skin cells and irritants.  The result will be pimple in the morning!
  • This tip is from my mom: don’t forget your neck.  Our neck skin ages just like the skin on our faces.  Be sure to continue your washing, toners, serums and creams on your neck too.
  • You do not need to wash your hair every time you shower.  Unless you have very fine, ultra greasy hair washing your hair every time is not necessary.  Give your hair a little break.  Either completely skip it or just rinse and condition.  Over washing your hair will dry it out and make it frizzy.  Not to mention then a bottle of shampoo lasts forever J
  • Try to make exercise a normal part of your weekly routine.  If you do not like working out, start small and do enjoyable activities such as walking with a friend.  Also, when you are watching your favorite prime time television workout throughout it in your living room.  Squats, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups are all things that can be done with just your body weight.  You will have more energy and look killer in your skinny jeans!
