INGREDIENTS:
Eggland’s Best Eggs (2 to scramble, 4 for topping)
Ground turkey or pork (be sure to use 93% lean turkey)
1 bag of coleslaw mix
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Sriracha
1 8oz can of water chestnuts
Green onions
Meal prep containers
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Brown ground Turkey
2. Add in two eggs and stir until cooked
3. Add in 1 whole bag of coleslaw mix
4. Add in sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha. Stir well until mixed.
5. Add in water chestnuts, sesame seeds, and green onions. Stir until well blended. Serve.
6. immediately or put into meal prep containers.
