I don’t know about your kids but Brexton has asked for a popsicle just about every five minutes this summer. Truthfully, I can’t blame him because every day is almost 100 degrees. I also don’t just want to give him sugar all the time so, I created these “hulk popsicles” as Brexton likes to call them- that are super nutritious! They are jam packed full of vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy fats.

What you’ll need:

-1 cup Pineapple — Supports the immune system

-1 cup Mango — Great for your eyes and is rich in minerals

-1 scoop of Spirulina — High in protein and great for inflammation

-Large handful of Spinach — Regulates blood pressure and a healthy brain

-1 cup Coconut water — Full of electrolytes and awesome for your skin

-Popsicle molds

Instructions:

It’s very simple. Add all ingredients into blender. I would add the spinach first, then pineapple, mango, spirulina and lastly add the coconut water. Blend until you have a liquid consistency. Then, pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and place into freezer. Leave in freezer all day or overnight and bam, you have healthy ‘hulk’ popsicles that are so delicious!

Now when Brexton asks for a popsicle I’m more then happy to give him this nutritious treat! As always, tag me in your photos/videos! I love to see you all recreate my recipes.
