Make these this weekend! Not gonna lie, flipping pancakes is not my forte plus our mornings are crazy! I’ve recently started making my pancakes on a sheet pan and baking them in the oven. You can still customize with your favorite toppings but you’re now free to finish your morning routine (and your coffee) while your pancakes cook!

What you’ll need:

4 cups of pancake mix (I like Kodak or Krusteaz)

2 cups milk

4 eggs

8 tbsp butter (melted)

Your favorite toppings! I used sprinkles and chocolate chips for Brexton, but I also like to use fresh strawberries and blueberries.

How to make:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 and grease a baking sheet.

2. Add pancake mix to a large bowl.

3. Add 4 eggs to the bowl.

4. Add 2 cups of your favorite milk.

5. Whisk all ingredients together.

6. Pour batter onto the pan- making sure it’s evenly spread.

7. Add your toppings- I did sprinkles and chocolate chips.

8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

9. Once they are done cooking, brush with melted butter.

One tip I have would be to watch them towards the end of cooking. Our oven cooks really fast, but you’ll know yours are done because the top will be a nice golden brown. These are so easy to be customized to your family and perfect to take on the go (minus the syrup). You can do peanut butter banana, banana walnut, strawberries with whipped cream, or even a mixed berry!

What would you put on your family’s pancakes?
