25 Tricep Dips on Floor
30 Second Reverse Plank Hold
50 Regular Crunches
25 Crunches Left (elbow to opposite knee)
25 Crunches Right (elbow to opposite knee)
1 Minute Bicycle
20 Push-Ups
1 Minute Plank
20 Burpees
50 Squats
50 Alternating Forward Lunges
50 Alternating Reverse Lunges
100 Jumping Jacks
