Taco Tuesdays were just taken to a whole new level with these taco rollups! This super fun spin on tacos uses crescent rolls instead of tortillas. Not only are they delicious but they are also easy and quick to make. You can enjoy these at the dinner table or on the go. We love taking these with us to enjoy whether its at the dirt track, pool, or boat!


  • Ground meat of choice 
  • Colby jack cheese sticks 
  • Peppers 
  • Onions 
  • Crescent rolls 


  • Unroll your crescent rolls and place onto baking pan 
  • Cook your ground meat of choice 
  • Cut up your vegetables 
  • Mix together your vegetables and meat
  • Place a spoon full of the meat and vegetable mixture onto the crescent rolls 
  • Add half a stick of colby jack cheese on top of the rolls 
  • Roll up the crescent rolls 
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown
